What if she doesn't understands like most ignorant people and society and says I don't wanna live with a person who is constantly under risk to develop cancer and death..
I think seeing this aspect also u should tell her everything and face the consequences. Be hard to accept rejection. Society is certainly bad on hbv, even hbvers are bad on other hbvers. All this due to lack of knowledge and the pre established stigma to hbv. Even though vaxin is available yet ppl fear from it. I have seen health staffs saying "so what if I am vaccinated"! If it infects me anyway. All the part of world is not equal on intellect and understanding level, all societies are not the same. Ppl may see u with low eyes as a victim. I say all these things because I have seen people like this in the same society and there no's are large.
May be u people have a different seen. In India where arrange marriages are prevalent more than love marriages u don't get much to talk with ur fiancé, ppl get married without screened for stds. If u r facing such a scene only thing to do is be determined to get ur partner 3 vaccine doses anyway by hook or crook and check hbsab levels before making any sexual contact either before marriage or after marraige. When u know u can make her safe this way It becomes less important to tell the girl if the society is ignorant. Big thing is to save her life from hbv anyway when vaccine is present as armour of safety and live the life peacefully. Many people here may say me wrong but I'll repeat again that societies all over the globe are not same.

There is no medication that will instantly turns hbsag to negative.
Marriage is for a life time, for better and for worst. You should be calm and explain to her that she can be protected from Hepatitis b by getting vaccinated and likewise for any children in the future. Hepatitis b can be managed by existing drugs and you are expected to live a normal life span. There should be a cure is the future.
All the best.
