i was checking for trl7 agonists and i found there are already 2 and one marketed already and even generic, they are used on viral infections to activate immune response on HPV, herpes viruses, other viruses and even soem types of skin cancers, they are in form of creams

I guess you have no new quant surface antigen data.
While the side effects seem tolerable now, if there is no true improvement to expect, why exposing yourself to a long term proinflammatory stimulus, with possible long term consequences?

But if GS9620 is somewhat different then Imiquimod and your results seem to slow down, looks like the virus is able to fight it off. Why don't you go on regular interferon injections and do it by the book? Do Peg + Alinia so you don't have to suffer for nothing. I am concerned for your health.

Also e-mail Dr.Gish, or have djexpress ;) pass a message to his team that you are doing a pioneering self study on something he is testing, maybe he can give advice.

updates on the use of imiquimod suppository 25mg all at once per week, 6th week of use:

500-1000mg of paracetamol for 1-2 days per week eliminates sides complitely (fever, pains, nausea, tireness)

monocytes rise over 12%
platelets 171
ast 33
alt 37
lympho 46%
neutro 41%
tot WBC 4.9

i think that dose can be increased to 2-3 times per week since all blood tests are ok.
i ll check results on hbsag at 12 weeks which wil be on 15th of jan
