Interferon with weekly vaccine
Though vaccine is useless for us now it is coming in my mind y not take it weekly along with my interferon shots. Can it make any difference? Has this thing ever studied on immune change. Any idea or previous study? We have done several self experiments so can this be tried as well but some info on this if any?
But trying it weekly with IFN can not make some difference? Is there any study even failure reports? Has anyone ever tried. I think I should give a chance though theoretically useless but unproven.

Can it deter interferon action? Actually I took one dose along with IFN yesterday and feeling exaggerated flue and muscle pain. I also took it s/c thinking both should be at the same level of tissues. Actually I always try to do experiments on myself though warned by few wise ppl.

Since you want to use add on therapy outside the guidelines, why don't you add a NAP that will seroconvert you with almost certainty and give you a high ab level in about 3 month? Since you are in India and synthesis can be done cheaper there, this might be a possibility for you.
I am sorry dear but NAP are replicors drug na? They aren't in the market yet so how come?? What is a nap if not reps?
NAPS are extremely simple compounds of a nature that is custom ordered every day by research institutions. It is very easy. But some knowledge is needed to order and use them.The difficulty is not in getting them, but to not await the results of larger trials on how to use them optimally.
I don't want to wait for trial results but right u said how to use them optimally. What should be the appropriate dosing, duration daily weekly or alternate days. Anyways Studyforhope can u provide me any link by which I can avail it here in India. Currently no where I can find it.

you have to get yourself and your doc familiar with oligonucleotides. just look for custom oligonucleotide synthesis in india. prices depend very much on which nap is selected. the formulas are all published, the dosing as well. once a week infusion is standard.
I am afraid I won't be able to get it that way cause my doc is a govt doctor in fact a university professor and hardly any time to discuss on this. His daily opd is of 300-400 patients as India is highly populated and poor patients mainly come to him. It is very rare to meet him personally. Few other gi in city are the same way not very free on time and busy making money. They have turned money minded and hardly wud be interested in nap or any new thing like this. Though I'll try to meet my doc but I presume it's gonna waste.

again, start by searching oligonucleotide synthesis in india. There are several companies in Europe that synthesize this type of compound every day, so i am sure they have some in india. nap is not a widely used term, oligonucleotide is. they are used for thousands of scientific projects, they just need the sequence, any modifications and the backbone structure like phosphoester or phosphorothioate, which is the one used for the therapeutic naps. You need likely to order through an institute, be familiar on how to prepare infusions, carefully consider and know all risks and know some more details.

Better get some info on it March then try it. I've read few things on it and got messed up. So many types which one two choose.. What are the methods to use them, their biochemical details, infusion, titration etc. don't u c Studyforhope is also saying know all risks careful study and infusions n all. Give some time then go for it. Also share here something if u get useful. Also it'll be beneficial only in combo not mono.

The prices for oligonucleotides vary strongly for different modifications. The 2139 needs 500MG weekly and costs twice as much as the simple (ac) 20 without modifications per gram. So the final cost for a year are 5 times higher.

The answer to your question is given if you study the fine details of trial number 2. You will see that thymosin alpha is more effective than interferon.

Tomorrow I'll be taking next weekly vaccine inj with IFN. Did not read much about oligonucleotides in past few days due to busy schedule. Will request if any of u cud add some more of ur knowledge on this. As I see their are a a number of different oligonucleotides, it is a matter of confusion which one is the most appropriate for hbv and closest to replicor compounds. I am sort of layman on this topic so fearing a bit to self experiment without any prior documentation. How toxic these cud be is wat the big question. So before I say one shall try this it might be better to get near to the most right compound as much possible.
