My hepato asked me to monitor transaminases each 15days  and adn hbs after 2 monthes to decide  if should i start or not treatment
because  she told me that this elevation and activated virus is due to   pregnancy and leaves time of 2 monthes more  to see if my iune system activate or not to avoid treatement

last time in december i suffered from muscles and bones pain i did a monitor and i had very low vit d degree about 17 and normal value should be over 35
so i took 3 amples of 1 million unit once a month for 3 monthes and when i spoke with y doc about this she told me its enough the 3 ample ire sufficient and doesnt give a great interrest to that!!!!
lila my teeth treatement was in my home country algeria infortunately

are you sure hbcab igm and not hbcab igg

if that s positive that is the dentist and you got the worst timing to get it.if it is so it is best to start antivirals as soon as possible, there are no guidelines on acute hbv but few clinical reports of use of antivirals and help to clear the infection

also make sure your vit d levels are above 40-50ng/ml

how many months from the infection?

you have it from birth and hbv has no symptoms especially on chronic carriers, only if you find hbcab igm positive you had it recently

if you had it during or right before pregnancy when immune system is suppressed you can fall in the 2.8% of adults with no immune system that clears hbv,  98% clears hbv as adults

before pregnancy i dont know that i have this illness so no data before and i had never have kind of symptômes ;also i have never had sexual relation out mariage or use of comtaminated objects of other persons the only way i doubt in is the dentist (treatement of my teeth)is the only way i should have a contact with blood
so during my 6the month of my first pregnancy i did monitouantity of hbsag was 2750ui/l

you should get back at the status before pregnancy, if hbsag gets less than 1000iu/ml you d better use pegintf and clear hbv definitively

i didn t take tenofovir during pragnancy because my doc said that i havn t a lot of virus .for the mutation it already happened (pre core c)i dont know how say this in English)
is there a chance chance that my immune system can decrease hbvadn(high viral load)alone and how could i increase mu immune system?

pregnancy makes immune suppression to protect fetus from immune system and avoid abortion, and this is known, you should have taken tenofovir before pregnancy to protect both you and baby because vaccine has a high failure rate and a high hbsag mutant negative rate...

anyway you lost immunity to hbv but you will recover that slowly, as your liver specilist said it is best to monitor for now, just be sure tenofovir is used in case of therapy because the most potent and 0% of resistance VS entecavir or other antivirals
