hbsag-positive and my hbcab and hbeag they were positive and negitive respectively

This means you are HBV carrier and you need to check HBV DNA (viral load) and HBSAG (quantitative - in iu/ml) to find out what stage you are in.

From the info given by you, I feel there is no problem for your KIDS and wife as they all test negative for HBSAG.  Get your wife vaccinated immediately and after a month check for anti-HBS value and then check with the doctor.  Better to consult a LIVER specialist

Are they infected with hbv?

after vaccine you must check hbsab antibody titer to know if they responded to vaccine, if this was never done do it as soon as possible, check also hbsag if abbott archotect or siemens machines are available because these machines can detect hbsag mutants, these mutants are extremely rare.you might also check hbvdna pcr (sensibility 6 or 12iu/ml if money is not an issue)

one those who have hbsag will suffer from liver cancer and chirrhisis?
no only a very small percentage of hbsag carriers develop cirrhosis/liver cancer and this happens after a life time of infection after 50yo usually.the older the carrier the higher probability of cirrhosis/hcc

available to prevent chirrosis and liver cancer
antivirals only if there is liver damage detected by biopsy or fibroscan and if hbvdna is detactable.the higher the hbvdna the higher HCC risk.but hcc is possible even if hbvdna undetactable but the percent of risk is lower, cirrhosis is not possible if hbvnda low or undetactable for most of the time

name liv52 hb  is eradicate the hbv from liver cells

until now it looks like a way to make money, the studies they have shown are very very poor, we can make better tests ourselves so i think it is a fraud unless they show hbsag and hbvdna statistical studies on those taking that herbal drug

being hbeag negative i suggest to use nitazoxanide and simvastatin combo and check if hbsag decreases, if it doesn t by 6-12months stop because these are not working.both ntz and sim have no significant sides and make no resistance, they re also both very cheap
