Stop med

Hi I'm 30 year old Asian male. I been on Hepesera 10mg for 6 year.  My doctor decide to stop the med to see if no relapse or relapse.  My lab result on march 2012 when I stop the med.
E antibody positive
Hepatitis b E antigen negative
HbV real time pcr, quant
Hbv as iu/ml <20
Hbv as copies ml <116
HEpatitis b surf ab quant 2.7 miu/ml low
January 2013
HBsAg positive
Hep Be Ag negative
Hep Be Ab positive
Hbv pcr, quant
Hbv IU/mL 50
Log10 hbv iu/ml 1.699
Hbv copies/ml 300
Log10 hbv copies/ml 2.477
Hep b surface ab <0.1
Doctor still recommend off med and he said I could become a carrier.

I think in the US we don't have HBsAg quant,  but only positive or negative. My doctor order a ultrasound plus blood work of tsh,cmp,  ggt, CBC,pt,ptt,icd, hbv DNA quant, AFP everytime I see him.

Your hbvdna number still looks very good after 1 year. So keep monitoring.
