it looks like you just got in contact with the virus and you are on time to get vaccine and take immune globulins, get a consultation with a liver specialist as soon as possible
also check hbcab igm, hbvdna and alt/ast
hbcab is the first antibody developped when hbv infects the liver, hbc ab igm is the first
after that you get very high hbvdna and hepatitis with alt/ast flares (liver damage)
hbeab and hbsab are developped later, hbsab is the immunity antibody, it takes several month to clear hbv.If you don't develop hbs ab infection is cronic
