Can you please interpret my result. Thank you very much

I got my HBsAg Screening : Non Reactive. Then I did my Hepatis Titer and here are the results:

Hepatits Marker               C.O.V.                  Pts. Abs                        Result
(HBsAg (+))                       1.000                   622.300                        Reactive

it says: (+) Patient's absorbance equal to or greater the COV is considered REACTIVE by Microelisa Method; less tan the COV is NON-REACTIVE

I did my Hepatis Titer and here are......
it is not a titer but only a result reactive or non reactive, the number is reagent not hbsag titer

to understand if the virus is active and replicating you need all hbv marker done
hbsab, hbcab igg, hbcab igm, hbeag, hbeab, hbvdna pcr.

to understand liver damage you need these done:
fibroscan, biopsy (fibroscan of course better because immediate)

to see if there is any liver cancer or lesions:
ultrasound (this must be done every 6 months even in case of hbsag negative which is the closest to hbv clearance)

to understand the liver cancer risk you also need these done in case of replicating virus and/or liver damage present:
precore and bcp mutations, if available also polimerase mutations
