hepatitis b

i am hbv carrier i diagonsed 3 years ago and hep b sAg was positive i follow up for 3 years blood work but they didn't get the virus in my blood(not detected) and my liver work normal and last week when i did blood work the doctor called me u r now immune it doesn't need further follow up  right now hep b sAg is become negative hep Bantibody positive
that means no more carrier and is there a probability to transmit the viruse to other people?thank u..

if you became imune to the virus , you got rid of it, you do not have it in your blood anymore and can't be transmited to others. anyway, probably you had acute hepatitis and clear it . i didnt understand very well, from which year did you start to see in your blood that your aghbs became negative and abhbs positive

u know i did blood work every 6th month for 3 years i didn't take any medication only remote becuase they didn't get the viruse in my blood finally how it happen i don't know they told me u r become immune u don't need any more follow up. after i did blood work i make appointment for the next 6 month
agin i had appointment for ultrasound but they called me u don't need ur hepsAg is negative and hep ANTIBODY is positive ..but i need to know is there a probability to transmit the viruse to other or not?

As you have this since 3 years that means you had cronic HBV and not the acute one. Yes your doctor is right in a sense that u've apparently clreaed the virus. but it is vigilant to keep doing your blood profiling to avoind any unwanted situation. Can you please let me know if u were on some medication or what? if yes what medication or combo?? Please share,
