hi.dr i want to tell u about my case history. i m suffring hepatitus b since 2 year.my hbs ag reactiv sinc last tow year bat my hbe ag contineously non reactiv up to now.2 year ago i have 57867 copies by hbv dna pcr quintitative.bt now it is 1248 copies.as pr instrucon of my concrend dr i do a.l.t aftr each 3 manth.since 2 years up to now it is normal in range.my hbe ab is reactive since 2 years.i m blong to pk.s small city and there is no betr facility to do biopsy

plz help me n quick reply me.plzzzzzzzzz my big sister also have hepatitus b since 2 and half year.her hbs ag and hbe ag reactive since 2 and half year.and her anti body is non reactive up to now.her hbv dna quantitative range is 10 carors .and hr hbv qulitative is positive aftr 1 and half year treatment up to now.her a.l.t is 54 before 9 manth ago,and then it is 16.as per instruction of dr.she is under treatment sinc 1 and half year up to now.bt hr hbv qulitative countinously positive up to now.she have often swelling in their hand spcialy finger.and foot.now she is chang their dr.and concern a new dr.he told her that there is no need to treatment.aftr 5 or 8 year virus will be non reactive autometicly.if any livr dmg occour in this period which i mentiond u .then he advisd medicen.she is 28 year old.dr talso told her that viral load will remain same at this age .and aftr 5 or 8 year it will be non reactiv autometicly.plz u advis me after knowing the hole sitution .is she is in danger.we all r very worried about her.

as i told u i hav hept.b reactiv since 2 year in which hbv dna quintity by dna pcr by quntitativ drop 57867 to 1248 copies .and a.l.t is contineously normal in rang til now.u said to me its a good indicator whithout medicaton hbv dna droping,but u said to me  that there is a chanc to som liver damg .i want to ask u if some livr dmag occour in my case ,what symtoms apear on my  body, and feel me ,which indicate me that some liver dmg has occour. i hav incresd levl of e.s.r 33mm/first hr.while it is 0-15mm/first  hr  normal in range accoding to lab result.

dr i was told u my all case history u tel me that my hbv dna droped without any midicaton so there is a chnce to liver dmag which may  cause fibrosis.if my case conditon realy cause livr damge in this condition what changes occour on my body.means what symtoms apear which indicate me that lsome liver damag occour .my body weight is 43 kg.and i m 25 year femal with 5.5ft hight.ni have increasd level of e.s.r which is 33mm/first hr.whil according to my lab test its normal rang is 0-15.
