since this virus is very easy to get and like herpes virus is only controlled by immune system but rarely complitely eradicated it is better to have a vaccine boost shot so that the antibody gets higher than 10, a good vlue is 250-500miu/ml
not to menthion that there is no drug for hbv eradication if infection gets cronic
