i still am worried..please help

i still am worried..if i have my anti-hbs reactive,would it be possible that my hbsag be positive in the future?i was so worried bec of the increase of the antigen..from 0.375 it went to 0.445 and the cut off is 1..

and if i am immuned though the vaccines,would it be possible that my anti-hbc be positive?if that's the case,will hospitals still accepts applicants with positve anti-hbc?i really can't sleep and still worried of what might happen..please help..

Please, don't worry.  0.375 is not different from 0.445.
