We all need to eat relatively well whether we have Hep b or C. However eating well or taking food supplements will not take problem away.
Obviously you had the heb b testing..what did your doctor advise?

This is the correct forum for HepB as well. This is the forum for Hepatitis. It doesn't matter if you choose Hep A, B, C, or Misc, it all gets posted on this main forum.
As to the original question, my MD told me not to take supplements and just keep to regular healthy diet. Only thing he advised is to avoid high iron and fatty / fried food. Use less spices, eat less meat, and more water and vegetables. Common sense stuff.
