there are centenarios with cirrhosis at autopsy who never cured hbv, got cirrhosis and lived 100years....
hbv increases potency of immune system of new borns with chronic hbv
hbv probably increases your life since you monitor that on nucs and you catch also other diseases that anyone develops during life and treat on time
If you start taking available medications if required and regularly monitoring your liver, it doesnt affect your life expectancy. No need to worry much. I know few people who has this disease since 35 years and they are mire than 75 years.:)
