Hepitite B

Few weeks earlier i had a heart attack and was taken to hospital. I was lucky and was treated on time. Unfortunately, while in hospital I found out i have Hepitite B when tested. The lab results are as follows:
HBV-DNA (PCR)----> Positive
HBsAg(ELISA)    ---> Positive
Anti-HBc            ----> Positive
S.G.O.T(AST)            25
S.G.P.T(ALT)            29
In fact to make sure the results were correct I was tested with two other labs and although one gave different results but the other was the same as above too.
I do not know nothing about medical science on viruses or etc.
Please help me to understand what is going on. I am so afraid and had not sleep for the past 3 nights and the doctor who is suppose to see me is so busy that he will see me next week. Would that be too late and I have liver cancer now? Does the above results show dangerous and infectious deseas? Is it Acute or Cronic??
Am I going to die soon? Please let me know what I should do? Are there suitable drugs for my deseas? How have I got it? I am marreid with 2 small kids. I have never slept with any other women accept my wife for the past 20 years. Are my children at risk? I am worried to death, I do not know how I should tell this to my wife. I have left home not to spread my disease to my children. I wash my hands many times a day. what are the cures? are they any?
Please please let me know what to do ASAP.
Regards
Abb

HBV-DNA (PCR)----> Positive
no useful, you need the quantity in iu/ml otherwise the test is useless

HBsAg(ELISA)    ---> Positive
no useful, you need the quantity in iu/ml otherwise the test is useless, the test is called aboot architect quantitative (elisa is old rubish)

S.G.O.T(AST)            25
S.G.P.T(ALT)            29
this is good at the moment you don t have liver damage and virus might be weak or inactive

the best way to treat for eradication is interferon+nitazoxanide especially if you are hbeag negative (check it) and hbsag less than 1500-2000iu/ml

do change your diet and habits to prevent heart damage, liposomal vit C (1000mg daily) and liposomal glutathione can help to regress cardiovascular damage and help liver too, but only liposomal the other normal tablets are useless because not absorbed in the body
