If "HbsAg Screen negative", you don't have HBV now.
hep b surface ab 57.27 High
you already had hbv and cleared it, you are totally immune.
if you want to be ultra sure even against very rare occult hbv just make a hbvdna test with pcr sensitivity 5-10iu/ml but it is super rare so probably wasted money
So that is why I tested negative twice after the intial test? Even with a negative result I was tOLd I was positve with chronic passive based on the results from the first test. Is this medical misconduct in a way?

yes, very ignorant doctors sue them or change doctors, if you never had hbsag positive, hbsab negative and hbvdna pcr positive in your tests you have always been immune.
these stupid doctors told you are cronic while you are perfectly healthy, according to my country's law you can sue them for a lot of money because thinking you were ill might have cause many damage to you
