Non-reactive means negative, i.e. the sample tested did not react to the testing agent. In the case of Hepatitis B, the presence of HbsAg in the blood sample is indicative of HBV infection. Another test is to test for hbvdna in the sample.
hi to you, i have a question, when the rsult of HBSAG screening is non reactive was it possible it other types of testing it can result to reactive?
What are the other way to test if you have HEPA B?
It means you have antibodies to the HBV surface antigen. Generally antibody is good and antigen is bad. Antibodies are produced by your body's immune system in reaction to foreign pathogens such as antigens.
