unfortunately most doctors like yours and mine, were not aware that even advanced cirrhosis can have all normal blood tests

we are lucky that now fibroscan is used every 6 months so it is almost impossible to miss advanced fibrosis

no it just means you have no life risk at all becaue when liver function deteriorates for bilirubin, platlets, pt and albumin there is decompensation and high life risk

blood tests are totally useless to see liver damage, even in my highest damage with advanced micronodular cirrhosis, hbvdna 580.000iu/ml and alt 600, all blood tests about liver function were complitely normal.
the only thing that showed my bas condition was fibroscan 15.9kpa

You really need to have a liver biopsy to be able to tell how much damage is done to your liver. My function tests all came back good then they did a biopsy and I was in stage 3-4 my doctor couldn't believe that my results were so good and the biopsy was not. God Bless
