as per the Dr. advice that we the carrier of HBV is not easy to eradicate the virus in our body. You need to see a specialist in hepatology or gastroenterologist that have a special in caring the HBV carrier. not all gastroenterology give you the exact detail so you need to have the second opinion of the Dr.

eventhough Your HBVDNA is very low but your HBSag is very high it still useless because the HBVDNA is just showing the counts of  virus in your body. yet you need the lessen the counts value of the HBsag, you should asked the Dr. for the medicine.

By the way are you here in the Philippines?

By the way are you here in the Philippines?

no

hbsag quantity in iu/ml will show infected cells in the liver, hbvdna count is useless to show infection state although it is better to have it und

both doctors are ignorant or maybe you understand wrong the doctor suggesting intf
hbvdna is useless to know if you clear hbv, hbvdna is meaningless for this, it is hbsag test that needs to become und

hbsag needs to be less than 1500iu/ml to have highest chances to clear hbv on hbeag negative.hbvdna und is better but not sufficent to have highest intf response
if hbeag positive you may have good chances with both high hbsag and hbvdna

intf+tdf is showing highest hbv clearance rates than all other drugs

thanks for help here is my detail
three weeks ago i went through medical checkup for job but unfortunately during medical test i was diagnosed positive for hbsag than upon  doctor advise i went through   hbv dna pcr qualitative test which which showed that hbv dna is detected in my blood after which  doctor ask me  for hbv dna pcr quantitative test for treatment which showed thad hbv dna is very very low less than <500iu/ml.
also my alt is 52 . hbeag is - hbeab is +. now i am vey confused because one  doctor is saying that i do not treatment while other doctor  is saying use pegasy injection to make your hbv dna negative only than you will b consider medically fit for job  because in my country rule if hbv dna is detected in your blood by  pcr qualitative test than you will be medically unfit for job . now rvery confused what to do.

hbsag =604iu/ml by eliza method

eliza cant quantificate hbsag, do you see iu/ml after the number 604???

if hbsag is really 604iu/ml go for intf+tdf+alinia+vit d3 immediately because you may clear hbv in weeks, if hbsag is not 604iu/ml you need this test to know if therapy works
