thanks for the info. I will look into the website.
Hi,
Its not available in India. You should it order it through online stores.
I ordered from www.iherb.com (iherb) , bcoz shipping cost is minimum in that website. You will get it within 15 day from date of order. Also You have to pay customs dutyu on above total cost(~15%)

you need a doctor to do it so the problem might be doctor charge
here's a guy who administers himself but you must be perfectly trained because this is very very dangerous

Hi Stef,
What is intravenous vit c . its Injection or Tablet?
I feel Liposomal Vit C is bit costly for me. it cost 100 INR per bag . I would prefer intravenous vit c
thanks
Thanks for the advice - should monitor liver functions when on statin.
interferon production by the body has been reported on 25g-50g so i d try 50gr for now (5 bags).it has no sides but only liposomal or intravenous, the normal vitamin c tablets have saults that damge the stomach and are very very poorly absorbed at high doses
the max is about 100gr (10bags) this dose was used on cancer trials but i d go on this dose only if we see a big improvment from 50gr since this lipo c is very expensive
the cheap option might be intravenous vit c but this is just for the drug itself since you have to pay the doctor for this
Thanks for the post.
I will see th video once I go back to the home. Stef please confirm whether I should increase Liposomal Vit C to 5 packs ?
Currently I'm taking one pack in empty stomach?
the doctor's name is NH BHANKA and his clinic number is 022 26249475. Website; http://nhbanka.com/ ( he claims to have done the fibroscan in india for the first time)
i think you should try a couple of months with alinia+sim+liposomals and if hbsag stays the same try nizoral pills (ketoconazole) too
at the moment you are the best example and you are going to clear hbsag in any case, interferon+alinia would take about 24weeks to lower hbsag to 5iu/ml since all respond to interferon when hbsag is so low
the use of liposomal vitamin c at 5 to 10 bags throughout the day equals to 50-100gr of vitamin c.these high doses make the body produce interferon naturally and are the doses used on cancer trials
this is an example story where the doses used where 25gr, leukemia+swine flu dying patient

Hi,
Its too costly. Please share the Mumbai Hospital details. Also It would be useful for other people too
i'd check yearly if you detect liver damage, for example fibrosis 7kpa or higher so you can monitor if diet and antioxidants are working to decrease it.if you find it less than 6kpa you can check yearly and then check alt/ast and hbvdna becuase if these ones stays in the normal range it is very difficult to make liver damage
i do it every 6 months with ultrasound but i had cirrhosis and curing fibrosis so it is another story.for those who can afford without any trouble fibroscan every 6 months is the best monitoring
low bmi, no fatty liver and alt less than 200 or possibly normal are the best to pick the exact amount of fibrosis and excluse the inflammation or fat from the scan
Hi,
I went to VGM and they told me that they have sent it back as they are not able to do scan for patients with higher BMI (in the range of 28 and above) and they will be getting a newer version of the machine in three months time. (i have already posted the details in one of the threads). Now i am planning to go to mumbai for the test. The test cost is 12.5K and the doctor's fee is 2.5K and add flight charges on top of it.
regards
raj
Hi,
Whether Fibroscan is available in VGM hospital, coimbatore or not? What they told you. Could you please share those details - cost etc
Thanks a lot stefano..I am already having a good diet and i am feeling good..I have posted my results in a separate post. I am planning to take up Fibroscan (I am from India) in the next two weeks. It would be costing me aroun 500 USD (including flight charge). How often we need to go for Fibroscan? Can we change the frequency if the value is LOW (for example less than 2kpa)
just check their website, bottles are for 1 month supply...as to regression of fibrosis it varies a lot especially if hbvdna is undetactable or detactable
without a fibroscan it is not possible to monitor fibrosis and improvment, so those countries without fibroscans have no tolls to detect and monitor liver damage properly
Stef ..
Is one bottle of heptech and fibroguard enough or i have to use more than one?
they are very expensive, i suggest to se them only if you can afford them without anytrouble otherwise use only if you have liver damage or cirrhosis
as to all the others it is possible to get similar benefits by the diet since most of the ingredients are spieces and food, of course i dont think severe fibrosis or cirrhosis can be regressed by diet only, probably a balance of the quantities from those nutrients is needed (more concentrated than what can e found in the food)....but all those without liver damage can probably keep liver healthy by diet only
this is an antioxidant therapy to balance the oxidative stress due to immune system failing to clear hbv and just damaging the liver, oxidative stress tests are not commercially available but two labs can do it even for single patients.if you want to check it or monitor if antioxidant therapy is working you can send blood samples to these research labs:

Hi stefano,
How much it would cost to get the Hepatitistechnologies products in india? I am willing to buy it if the cost is reasonable
thanks
Raja
How many bottles do i need from (HepTech) and (Fibroguard) from Hepatitistechnologies?
Do i need to use them forever to protect liver?
Thanks,
of course hbsag quantification is a must and done every 3-6 months, our goal is hbsag reduction
of course statins and ketoconazole are meant to be used in combo with tnf or etv or inf or ntz, they have no meaning as monotherapy since theyhave almost no activity on hbvdna
they are not bad, they have tried to prevent their use in the past by stating that they make liver damage but all those statments were false and not from well known liver researchers, on the contrary they have shown to prevent cirrhosis, portal hypertension and liver cancer
of course liver damage can happen in rare cases but this is the same for any drug and compared to the simple aspirin the statin are much less toxic.
so close monotoring of liver function must always be done for any therapy and drug, even when taking vitamins, at least we know what good or bad we are doing.
we are now lucky because we have about the same tests used at research level available, and most of the time we even do better tests than them
i do suggest monthly liver function tests, especially those who have free tests, insurance or those who can afford even if there is no toxcity at all when using statins, ketoconazole
Thanks stef2011. Frankly, I am very confused by Cholesterol lowering drugs such as statin. It seems they can be good and bad at the same time for Hepatitis B patients. I hope you can clarify the situation for all of us.
cholesterol is linked to viral, bacterial infections and cancer.depletion of cholesterol starve hbv which cannot make antigens and assemble virions inside the cells
