Hello Stef2011, StephenCastlgrag, and everybody,
I'm 56 and my liver ultrasound has been normal until this one in January, 2014.
Please help me understand my ultrasound results :
"Mild hepatomegaly liver measuring 17.2 cm in craniocaudal dimension, normal range up to 15.5 cm. Liver echogenicity is probably at the upper limits of normal. Tiny thinly septated 7 mm cyst is noted in the lower anterior segment right lobe, hapatic segment 5."
The septated 7mm cyst was not there 6 months ago. Should I be worry about this result? Thank you very much in advance for any comments.
