pls help me interpret my lab result

HBSAG POSITIVE
HBEAG NEGATIVE
HBAnti Eg negative
ANTIHBSAG NEGATIVE
ANTIHBC NEGATIVE

HBVDNA  1000IU/ML
                5000COPIES/ML
ALT      = 60

what this lab results mean?pls help me im new to this forum.tnx=)

you also have a particular hbv cronic which is not very common which is called hbcab negative cronic hbv, seek for a uptodate liver specialist on this form of hbv

as to the test results hepatitis is cronic with low hbvdna but active, you need to check liver by fibroscan and ultrasound for damage

You have hepB infection. You need to monitor your viral load closely every 3-6 months. When it is going up, need to get treatment with a doctor's help.
