can i be HbsAg positive again?
can i infect partner in sex without condom?
hbvdna und no virus or very very low in the seamen, so transmission of infection very very low risk
hbsag negative/hbsab pos, very low risk but theorically possible because some hbvdna might be present in the blood you should check hbvdna with ultrasensitive tests to see if it is always below zero iu/ml
complete eradication of hbv doesn t exsist like for most of the viruses we can only achieve immune control, the viruses have a template hidden inside cells that can rebuild the virus if hbsab antibody goes undetactable, hbsab blocks viral entrance in the liver cells so hbv will never be able to come again or infect cells.
this can only happen if you damage immune system by aids or chemiotherapy for cancer but in both cases doctors will give you hbv antivirals so hbsab will never go down
any person who has had hbv cannot donate blood or organs because these are still infected even after hbsag is negative and hbsab positive, few people clear complitely also the template of hbv (cccdna) by decades of hbsab positive antibody
there are some others drugs that damage immune system and make hbsab undetactable, i dont remember the names or illness but i think it is one for artitis or similar and of course all immune suppressive drugs

this is one of the drugs that damages immune system and reactivates hbv, suppressing immune system hbv can be fatal
the same drugs applay to those with cronic hbv
thanks a lot.
i didnt check hbvdna with ultrasensitive test, i will ask my doctor about that.
is this the same story for acute hbv with person anti-HbsAg or only ex-hronic?
is this the same story for acute hbv with person anti-HbsAg or only ex-hronic?
exactly and the same for herpes, papilloma virus, citomegalovirus and so on, we just achiveve an immune balance which keeps viruses to zero.
some people probably clear them totally but there is no way to know, but anyway health is just a balance we live with millions of bacteria and viruses and we also need them to keep immune system working
i didnt check hbvdna with ultrasensitive test, i will ask my doctor about that.
dont check, it is useless, as long as your immune system works you are like you have zero virus and no cccdna, it is just a waste of money, but if you do want there is only one test to detect so little virus and is available for research only, you might test at 0.19iu/ml sensitivity if you like but check hbsab and regular ultrasound every 6 months makes much more sense
your doc is probably not aware where to have hbvdna supersensitive
National Genetics Institute (NGI)

nitazoxanide (alinia), looks like it lowers hbsag faster than interferon alone
do u know statistic about re-serocorvetion, antiHbsAg to HbsAg.?
don t worry about it, it is zero
the only worry you might have is occult hbv, recheck hbvdna in 6-12 months by NGI tests with 0.19iu/ml sensitivity to exclude occult hbv
occult hbv? what does it mean?
http://www.hbvadvocate.org/news/HBJ7.11.htm
so complicated for me but thanks a lot
is titer>1000 good titer or not?
any titer above 400miu/ml is a good protection and by the years it will get lower becuase not needed so high
for those who are not infected 10miu/ml is considered protective
for those who seroocnverted hbsag negative after transplant a medium level of 250miu/ml is considered ok
that means good:)
but on test write only>1000, not exactly how much
more than 1000 is out of test range and doesn t matter how much when so high
hi happy to hear you are cured congrates. I HAve few questions. when did u became to knw tht you were a carrier. what were the test results(hbv dna) by time to time. thanks bro.
hi bro feel gud when hear abt hepdecko81's successful recovery. y this not happens in most cases? i have always seen those who continues therapy for years.
3 years that i know, 6 900 000 copies, HbeAg+.
can i get again hep b, another genotip?
i had genotip A, can i get genotip C or my antibodies are for all genotips?
just to know this is occult hbv and is very low percentage
