spgt nd sgot

I had my liver function test.my sgpt count is 72 which is higher than the limit of 40 nd sgot is 33 which is normal.All other things are on normal range.i stoped my medication for hives 2 days before the test.is this hight sgpt count due to medication or viral hepatitis b.i am a virgin but i had a french kiss 6 years back.could this high sgpt count due to hepatitis b or c from kissing?

i consulted few doctors and they all told me sgpt value of 72 is normal and doesn't need to worry .When i googled many were saying its a matter of concern.
i am confused about this

The causes of mildly elevated SGPT are fatty liver, hepatitis, alcohol, gallstones, infections etc.Some medications can cause elevation of SGPT and stopping the medications will result in normalizing them .A fatty liver or drug induced rise is the commonest possibility  A liver ultrasound will confirm it. If the levels increase or remain persistently high you may need testing for Hepatitis A, B and C.Any test result should be correlated clinically .See a primary care physician. I hope it helps.
