all people living together must be tested and if negative get vaccine.after hbv vaccine makes hbsab more than 10miu/ml
although saliva and spoon are not a source of transmission it is best to get vaccine when living together

As Stef2011 stated, quantitative measure of HBsAg is done by systems from Roche Elecsys(electrochemiluminescence assay ) or Abbotte Architect (chemiluminescent  immunoassay). These systems are common in Europpe, but not everywhere, as they are more expensive. The most important thing is that they report the results in iu/ml.
Common qualitative HBsAg tests simply report in positive(reactive) or negative(non-reactive). There may be a number and reference range, but the numbers are not related to the quantity of HBsAg and cannot be used for comparison. They vary according to the assay kits used.

You have to be more specific when you say you got different results. I believe your tests are qualitative, so both results should be the same: both positive, or both negative. The numbers that come with the results are useless for comparison.

you have to use same lab always and same machine always

machines are architect or elecsys, if you change machines you get different numbers so always test with the same one
