hi bro. why all those guys who are getting treatment not be cured like hepdecko81. is that due to weak immune system? would earlier detection of chronic hepb (say within 2 or 3 yrs after from exposure)lead to successful trtment?
if you cannot afford pegasys it is better not to treat if you have no liver damage and moderate hbvdna, etv and tnf are useless on virus
if hbeag is negative you might also try nizonide500 the generic of nitazoxanide, follow our threads on it, it is not expensive and it is an immune modulator with mild/no sides
it is important you never discontinue until hbsag negative and use of 3-4 pills a day with food every 6-7hrs, check hbsag quantity baseline and recheck in 6 months if it has lowered

also the point when to start treatment is not hbe ag but hbsag quantity, if lower or equal than 1500iu/ml eradication is possible, probably your doctor doesn t know hbsag quantification and doesn t have this test available
change doctor hbeag has no importance in such a combo, our point is hbsag seroconversion only

ok. to start treatment is that mandatory that hbeag+ besides high hbv dna and hbsag+? or can v start even when hbeag-.? doc says no treatment need until hbeag turns+.
pegasys can be added anytime and the result is better after hbvdna und because some immune function has been restored so that results are better, a good percentage do not respond to interferon at all but many does so it is better to try this combo and see if hbsag declines

So:) IF WE USED ALREADY THOSE ANTIVIRAL AND LUCKILY DIDNT DEVELOP ANY DRUG RESISTANCE AND MUTANTS, COULD WE STILL USE PEGASYS COMBO? What would be the result? I mean still we expect the same result as dignners expect from pegasys combo?

interferon is active on hbsag and might eradicate virus on more people if combined for longer times than 1 year
antivirals have no activity on virus infection and cannot eradicate it, most are on antivirals because of drug makers pushing on them to get lifelong income
it makes sense to the most stupid doctors to combine like for hiv and hcv since antivirals do not vcure hbv
