urine calcium home test for those on vit d3

i just bought urine calcium home test from osumex.co, about 1euro per test.they are present in every area US, canada, uk and asia so delivery is fast and cheap

if calcium in urine gets too high it means the level of vit d and calcium in blood needs to be checked......before calcium rises in blood it rises in urine, this will prevent taking too much vit d and also taking too many vit d tests which can be expensive every month.
i think i can make vit d checks every 6 months free at hospital this way and be safe from overdose by checking calcium urine

if vit d is still lower than 40ng/ml it is much better to use 10000iu daily and recheck calcium  in 4 weeks and vit d in 2 months

5000iu is nothing, you can go on with that dose even 3 months and see no difference in both vit d and calcium

calcium can increase over millions of iu for 6 months or more, calcium is also dangerous if elevated more than 15 for long times, if you like you can drin 2-2.5 liters of water daily this will lower calcium anyway

serum levels between 150-500ng/ml can increase calcium bsorption but there are few cases reported because you need to take millions iu of d3 for more than 6 months to have this plus you can check calcium in urine and even prevent the level to reach more than 100ng/ml

5000iu daily can make vitd25oh around 50ng/ml by 3-6months
10000iu can make it around 70ng/ml by 3 months
it is better to start with 10000iu daily and then check serum levels of d25oh and calcium monthly, once you reached the optimum serum levels you slowly decrease to about 5000iu and check if it can mantein blood levels

optimum levels are 50-70ng/ml, all studies are reported on this website

the most surprising study showed total cirrhosis prevention on human liver kimera mices.....then getting vit d for us is a must and also check serum levels of vit d and calcium, urine test is a cheap option to prevent overdose
