what medicine i use?

hi today i get result but confused
hbv dna result which is 154 iu/ml
afp 19.21 iu/ml
hbsag and hbcab postive+ for two month hbeag,hbsab,hbeab negative
what does it mean?
what mediation i need?
please some one interpret my result

Hey ok by biopsy also ur liver must have been checked coz before inserting that biopsy probe ur liver must have been examined through usg and biopsy is mostly usg guided.
But still for sake of safety u should do a plain usg abdomen

Check usg like Aduiski says, u have raised AFP but I think that's due to acute infection but still u check ur liver usg

i already do biopsy it is normal alt sgot sgot......... all normal

No no m not saying don't do usg or MRI, it's good to do it, rest reduce anxiety and spend time.

She should not wait with examining her liver, her AFP is elevated, so she needs to make sure there are not tumors in it.

Merona u r just acute wait for 2more months till u say anything.. Ur dna is so low hbeag is already neg. may be u r recovering. So calm down and eat healthy low oily diet

I am not a doctor. Your AFP is elevated, so you should go do Ultrasound or even much better MRI (as MRI is much superior to ultrasound) just so to make sure there are no any tumors in your liver.
