Recombivax

When I was 8 years old, I was given three shots of Recombivax at separate intervals.
Now i am 30 years old, do I need to go get some sort of booster shots?

Some doctors suggest that if you were a responder to your vaccination at 8, that is, you had HbsAb > 10 iu/L, then you should be protected for life. However, if you work in an area where you may have high or frequent exposure to blood/infections, it may be prudent to check you HBsAb level and get a booster shot if the level is < 10 iu/L.
