I' worry about Quantity HbsAg.
I'd like to reduce Quan HbsAg.

I didn't do biopsy. I did fibroscan, fibrotest, and ultrasound.

Do you have any suggestions ?

I need sth to decrease/clear my quantity HbsAg and viremia hbv dna.

Conditions to meet the required treatment.
Two from three have to be meet:

1) HBVdna > 2000 - my is 2950
2) ALT out of norm > 40 - my is 23
3) Characteristics of inflammation or fibrosis of liver at least 1 - I made fibroscan twice  is F0/F1 and fibrotest is F0 A0.

So I have 1 condition only viremia above 2000. (just 950)

In my country I do not demand treatment.

I think you need to start oral antiviral meds. To decrease hbvdna and possibly hbsag. Only my opinion

low hbv dna, hbeAg minus.

I want decrease quantity hbsAg. Any idea ?
Moreover if I have fibroscan i fibrotest (almost thes same result F0/F1 - F0, A0) than I neeed biopsy ?

I think you are in the imuno tolerance phase where the liver has no damage . I dont think it is recomanded to start treatment if youre liver is ok but i dont know that well, maybe the experienced ones will help you more
