i want to add simvastatin or ezetimibe to my protocol to reduce hcc risk but ii am not sure what statin as there are many available.
does anybody know what is best

I use simvastatin. I stopped taking it for a few weeks, while I had been taking TDF, and my HBV DNA went from UND to 400 IU. Started taking it again and my HBV DNA went back down to UND. Sim reduces HCC risk and also acts synergistically with TDF, increasing the effect.
