My body thinks I'm gonna starve it again.

Before treatment I weighed in at about 201. During treatment I had very little appetite and I dropped down to 181. Now almost a year after TX I'm always hungry and my weight is about 206 and climbing. Did this happen to a lot of people? How do I control my constant hunger now?

i am an avid excersiser myself and notice that the more you excersise the hungrier

you can get. Since you are burning a lot of energy i would look into the type of foods

you eat. Also believe it or not you can over excersise.

I exercise a lot. Usually I'll do the stationary bike about 30 minute per night and about 400 calories on the counter. I'll do this 5 times a week and then I'll walk about 5k the other two evenings. Still packing it on. I'm always straving.

Willpower, diet change and excerise.  It's the only thing that worked for me.

I lost almost 20 lbs and never really gained it all back after almost a year.  I quit smoking too.  Noticed about 6 months ago the battle of the bulge started in the tummy area even without considerable weight gain the load shifted and I started getting muffin tops.  On tx, didn't have to worry about my diet.  High fat foods never caused weight gain.  Off tx, different story so I shifted my diet back to a more healthy, low fat diet. That was it, cut out a lot of the sweets and got my arse out and about and don't seem to have the food cravings anymore either.

That's what worked for me.
