Your doctor said they don't have the test in Egypt? I would ask a different doctor about that maybe one associated with a University Hepatology department.

I did find that genotype 4 is the dominant HCV genotype in Egypt

“Our test is sensitive and inexpensive, and it does not need sophisticated equipment,” explained Azzazy, adding that detecting HCV during the first six months raises the recovery rate to 90 percent. “Little is done on the national level to combat the alarming prevalence of hepatitis C in Egypt.”

Harvoni is only approved for Genotypes 1,4,5 or 6

If you have genotypes 2 or 3 Harvoni is not as effective.

Daily sofosbuvir (400 mg) and weight-based Ribavirin for 12 weeks is a Recommended regimen for treatment-naïve patients with HCV genotype 2 infection who do not have cirrhosis.
    
Daily daclatasvir (60 mg*) plus sofosbuvir (400 mg) for 12 weeks is a Recommended regimen for treatment-naïve patients with HCV genotype 2 infection who do not have cirrhosis and who are not eligible to receive Ribavirin.

Genotype 3 Treatment-naïve Patients without Cirrhosis - Recommended regimens.

You need a different test for genotype.

The HCV RNA by PCR only shows viral load or "not detected"

Yes im from Egypt and most of people have genotype 4 but what test i should make to be sure. and my pcr can tells the liver case or not? thanks so much

Unless I'm missing something, the report does not seem to indicate which genotype you have.   However, I found this in a medical journal:

"Hepatitis C virus genotype 4 (HCV-4) is the most common variant of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the Middle East and Africa, particularly Egypt. This region has the highest prevelance of HCV worldwide, with more than 90% of infections due to genotype 4."

So, since you are from Egypt, you probably have genotype 4.  And according to reports, Harvoni is very effective against genotype 4.   I'm not a medical professional, so you really should discuss this with a doctor, preferably a liver specialist.
