Tibetan medicine is also very effective for maintaining liver health, there is a wonderful practitione r who teaches at Naropa,
she is very inexpensive and the medicines are also very inexpensive let me know if you want her name etc.

What multi do you recommend?

The best thing you can do until you treat is just eat right and exercise. I take Milk thistle, Sam-e,R-lipoic acid,selenium,Omega 3 and a multi without iron it seems to help keep my labs normal. Good luck buddy.

thanks man I'm just trying to wrap my head around all this. I appreciate the honesty. I'm a 1a and due to start the triple therapy this summer. So I'm looking to do what I can before hand.

I'm not trying to be rude its just that he's a fraud so do yourself a favor and save your money. I take certain supplements that I found to be beneficial for me, but theres only 1 way to cure this virus right now and it's not thymus gland.
