All good suggestions. Especially about starting a new post. Any queries about tx and sx, just post a new question in the brown box on the top of the page.
Most people here have treated, or are treating, and between us we have had pretty much all the sx you can think of. So please, ask away.
I had a lot of trouble eating in the mornings, so I had Greek yoghurt like Pooh recommended. I also always had ice cream on hand for the late night dosing. A cup and a half of ice cream is 20grm. Just make sure you don't buy low fat.
A fruit smoothie also enabled some nutrition, just make sure it's full fat milk.
Otherwise, you're going to have to just muddle through.
I'm cracking up at all the suggestions. You have heard from all the veterans of Triple Therapy! 12 weeks... Hang in there. Karen:)
I was having a lot of trouble getting the AM fat down as I was typically very nauseated. I found that I could add a small amount of half and half to a glass of chocolate milk to get the 20 grams. I am glad I have completed the Incivek because of the fat intake and side effects. Good luck with your treatment.
Try Greek Gods Yogurt. It is high in fat and tastes delicious, very creamy, like pudding or ice cream. Be sure to get the regular, not the low fat.

I a new dosing , started 7-26-13. what a new experience.20 mg of fat! 8am,4pm,12mn. hate eating in morning, or night. drinking olive oil, at night.
8am,6pm. riba. just need a little support with therapy.
Things that taste good to you at first, may not taste good later, so it's a great idea to switch things around from time to time. Here is a link to some information that I posted in my journal listing items that contain fat that were recommended by all of the forum members here:

Some of these may have already been covered by other posters above.

corn muffins with butter, but you have to read the label. some are loaded with fat. cookies are high in fat too. cheese, any kind. i'll just take a few slices and choke em down. i like unsalted almonds too. i have 3 more weeks of incivek and i can't wait to stop eating. i don't think i'll eat for a week.
good luck
Thank you so much never thought it would be that easy. But going to the store and looking for something that contains high fat is not easy at all. This helps tons.
