ALT test at 42
I just had a CMP done and my ALT was 42. The dr. wants me to go for a hepatitis B panel. What does an elivated ALT mean and what could cause it. Also what can I do with my diet to bring it down?
that's 9 - 60 for ALT, AST is 10 - 35. MM's mileage may vary, which is why I asked about his/her normal
