Alkaline Phosphatase and GGT(GGTP)

I recently applied for life insurance and they sent a med assistance to my home so that I could get a physical.  The test results I got in the mail shows my GGT (GGTP) was 215 U/L and my Alkaline Phosphatase was at 158 U/L.   What is this?  Do I need to see my doctor?  Can I eat a certain food or take a certain vitamin to help lower these levels?

High alkaline phosphatase (ALP) can be indicative of a bile duct blockage, among other things. Elevated GGT can also be indicative of liver disease as well as bile duct injury. Sometimes it’s also used to see if a patient is drinking alcohol as well. By the way, these results are only moderatly elevated.

I’d think I’d take these readings as a possible yellow flag and follow up with a doctor, rather than try to lower them without learning why they are elevated.
