High alkaline phosphatase (ALP) can be indicative of a bile duct blockage, among other things. Elevated GGT can also be indicative of liver disease as well as bile duct injury. Sometimes it’s also used to see if a patient is drinking alcohol as well. By the way, these results are only moderatly elevated.
I’d think I’d take these readings as a possible yellow flag and follow up with a doctor, rather than try to lower them without learning why they are elevated.
