Incivek Tx VL of 30 at week 4

I did my 2nd round of tx, this time with Incivek and had to treat for 48 weeks as I was still detected at week 4. As my starting VL was really low I felt my chances of success were not too good. Fast forward to 6 months post tx and the results are in. I have got my SVR. I remember scouring the internet for the outcomes of others who still had a quantifiable VL at week 4 and there weren't too many around. So, to anyone out there in a similar situation - it can be done. Incivek is tough, really tough, but hang in there, the odds are in your favour.

good luck to all the people on, or about to start tx

thanks guys - I really hope seeing SVr's popping up for people on triple tx without RVR is a help.

That is such great news.  Like you, I was detected at 4 weeks and went on to be detected at 8 weeks but UND at 12 weeks so I have great hopes for the future.  It really is folks like you who share their stories with folks like us, who although have hung up the Incivik still have what seems like a long road a head of us,  the courage, commitment, determination and more importantly the hope to continue.

I am really happy for you and wish you nothing but the best!!

Congratulations, Juli4591 is so right, it helps people who are still treating.  Actually it helps everyone to hear of another SVR.
I got to SVR 6 months ago and am very happy that I did.
It was a tough tough tx but so worth it to me in the end
My best to you
