Hey my friend!!!! I just typed you a dang "short story" and LOST it!!!! Anyway I've got to go hit the sofa.....sick today!!!! I relapsed...have you heard? Got a new hepatologist...will write you another book at another time!!! I just want to say I HAVE DEFINATELY MISSED YOU..."DUDETTE"....REMEMBER THAT ONE? LOL

I am so happy to see you here again. The forum hasn't been the same w/o you. I LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH, AND DON'T LEAVE US AGAIN!!! I had a hole in my heart while you were gone. You have always been one of my BEST FRIENDS here, and I LOVE YOU SOOOOOOOOO VERY MUCH! I hope you are feeling good these days, but tx is NO FUN!!!! You are needed here, for the oldies and the newbies!!!! You always made me laugh, and that's some of the best medicine. I have always continued to pray for you and I always will. We have a lot of the same personal problems in our lives. My daughter has been driving me "crazier"!!! I'll tell ya about it later.

YOU BETTER REMEMBER HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU, AND I ALWAYS WILL. I was ouuta the loop when all that "****" went on, I was having a rough time w/ sx. I thought maybe you had just been taking a "break" from the forum...I do sometimes....I have too. I am so glad to hear from you again and look forward to seeing you here as often as you can be. I love you "dudette"...LOL  Much love and many prayers, Cindee (aka) Sleeping Beauty !!!!!! hehehehe

It started as a quest to access old threads with useful information and it has evolved into something I do not recognize... (throw arms up in despair, shake head in disbelief, roll eyes and  give up)...I can't find that needle... too much hay.

vicki: I for one was grateful to acquire that knowledge about the internet (TY majneni also), never apologize for wisdom shared, and you can't predict how people will perceive it. That should not stop us, as knowledge is power and it might be useful to someone.

Listen...We all know that this board is a godsend for us going through this disease called HepC  Ughhh  Its hard for everyone to go through this much less tx on top of it.  This has always been your home and you don't need to permission to come home! I don't know particulars of what you are going through now or about stalking but....Ignore is always a good answer if someone is following you,,,,They will soon tire.  Other then that,,,,I don't know...maybe a email change would work also,,,hassle yes but for peace of mind....There was so much hurt a couple of months ago on so many different parties....We don't need our board ever going through that again...Life is too short! Congratulations on your daughters graduation!  Are you having a big party?  Hope your sides will be nil that week plus lots of energy...Believe me...you will need it!
God Bless and glad to see you posting!

Chevy - Thanks, I know where your heart is:)

Vicki - I have no idea what transpired in the past and don't need to but I am sorry there are hurt feelings for a lot of people.  We all make mistakes and I too, would like to be given a second chance if I ever hurt another person.
One of my favourite expressions is:  "This too shall pass" and it will pass...  Stay positive, be encouraging and kind to others and before long you'll be receiving the same tenfold:)  I wish you peace of mind and SVR.  Have a great day:)

whoa girl, slow down there...you are running wild with your thinking.  this all started because we wanted to access old threads that were no longer available on the main page.  once in a while an old one would surface and we would wonder how.  We just wanted to search for posted info older than a month or two.  that is it babe.  amerabrit just came accross an unpleasant surprise...that was not my intention here.  showboat and galen were in that little chat a while back also, so they might remember the background data.
I know you were very hurt and almost left the forum due to that unpleasant experience, and maybe it sort of got re bruised with my comment, but hon re read the post and I hope it is clear to you what  we were inquiring.   I am so sorry that you were and seem to still be, quite distressed by your experience.  calm down...take a deep breath...count to ?...inhale....exhale slowly...let go of the hurt...be well
luv ya

It's settled then, I'm keeping my handle.  Thanks for the input.  Chevy, I'm sorry for your "mixed Identity" headaches and admire your resolve.  It's interesting but as I'm getting to "know" you a bit better I really think I would know if someone posted in your name as you have your own distinctive style; there's definitely only one Chevy:)
I like my name, too, It's how I see myself as I hold dual citenzship - USA/UK.
Thanks again:).

Sorry...my finger hit a button and that posty sent to quickly before I could finish!  Everyone else...Thanks so much for all the support you give each day.  I know its hard on everyone some days to come to forum and put on a happy smile and be encouraging to others especially if you are having a bad sx's day but you all do it!  Thanks so much!

Hi, All,
I suggest you all avoid posting your e-mail addresses in their <so_and_so@such_and_such.com> form.  That @ sign flags e-mail addies from afar.  Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, etc. are usually .com; so if your addy ends with .com, you can just leave it out.  We all know you need a dot-something, and if there's nothing there, we can assume .com.  Some mails end with .net, so you'd have to indicate that.  Just write out "dot net".  You can avoid the @ sign by using the word "at" or "care of" or "with".  You can also put a few extra words between your ID and the rest of the address.  Or try this: "Contact me at whatever dot net under Paranoia_rules".

Hi Cuteous, I just followed up on your Google search and found posts I had made on Medhelp; you are clever:) But, I also found another site "babylon" or something where another user with my same handle "Amerabrit" has been banned for inappropriate posts..
What a shock that was to read, I've never been banned from anything in my life..?  I suppose I should go back and find out what this person did say, but I'm not sure I really want to know..?  This is such a weird feeling, should I change my handle or just forget about it...?

GUESS WHAT?  check the last thread at the bottom, posted by gwithhepc back in march.  my comment is the last one as a test.   these threads are not completely lost in cyberspace.  when you do a search on a particular subject and MED help's thread comes up as part of the list generated by your search and you click on post comment, you actually get to type one.  when you click on submitt, a note comes on stating that the thread was not active any longer.  so I gave up the notion.  Today I looked and there I was! these people that are posting will probably never come back to med help because they think is not active.  sad they will not see our answers. Mystery is solved! I feel like Colombo...
also, back when vicki noted for us to do a google search on our user names...and certain threads came on...leads me to think that if we remember who started or commented on a particular subject we are inquiring and do the web search on their names we might be able to reactivate the thread...cool.  now if i could only remember who wrote what i was looking for...
