This is a daily side effect for me too and how difficult it is to go anywhere. I try to take Imodium (name brand in Canada) when I go shopping or on any long trips. And lots of water to stay hydrated. Sure hope you get some relief soon. Sincerely, Anita
You may also want to try Balneol, which was recommended by people on this forum. It is a cleanser/soother that you can use after the bowel movement to clean and soothe the skin. My husband's NP also prescribed a lidocaine ointment to reduce pain in that area. Good luck. Let us know what works.

I'm sure your doctor's office can recommend something. Diarrhea causes one to get dehydrated, so remember to drink fluids. My guess is there is something that will help you. The baby wipes are a great idea.
I am sorry to hear about your side effects. They make the treatment miserable.
I am using Loperimide for diarrhea. If it is okay with your doctor, maybe you could try it and hopefully it will work. (Of course, you may have already tried it and it did not work. In that case, maybe the doctor can order a prescription for you.)
Brand name (Huggies) baby wipes (unscented and with aloe) are also great to use after the diarrhea.
I hope this problem resolves soon.
