Chances of infection?

I am a college student, age 20, and the only risk factor that I have for Hepatitis C is having used cocaine nasally 5-10 times.  I am pretty sure I used my own bill most of the time, but I know that at least 1-2 times I didn't.  The people I tried the drug with are all people I know and some I went to high school with in a relatively affluent neighborhood where there is basically no IV drug use.

I am getting tested, it having been about 8 months since the last time I tried that stupid drug.  How worried should I be about it, though? I am a big hypochondriac and reading the internet freaked me out.  I don't really hear of HCV being common at my school, but I am not certain as to how prevalent it is.

You really have a very low risk factor with what you explain. Get tested to put your mind at ease but you can almost be certain that you will be negative. best of luck

Thank you very much.  I've just been reading stories and studies on the internet saying that HCV amongst college students is a 'silent epidemic' and cocaine is a major risk factor, etc.  

Thanks for the reassurance.  Also, how long should I expect to wait for results?  I have been STD tested at my Student Heatlh Center before and it takes about 5 days to get the results back from labcorp.  Also, how do results read?  Will it just say non-reactive?
