Higher Enzymes During Tx

Did anybody have raised enzymes during tx and still go on to SVR? My ast went up 50 pts. in 12 wks., alt up 75. Doc said he likes to see them go back to normal during tx but it doesn't necessarily mean no success.
Not stressing , just wondering...  Timbo

It happens about 10-15 % of the time and is a clearly documented side effect.  It has no relation to treatment success

My enzymes also fluctuated during TX and I am still clear. Evidently there are many things that can cause this. Now that I am off of treatment, my enzymes have been in the normal range. Don't worry - just keep fighting!

HI THERE,
MY ALTS  AND ASTS WENT UP DURING TX ALSO.
THEY ACTUALLY WENT INTO THE 500S.
CAME BACK WAY BACK DOWN AFTER I WAS FINISHED WITH TX.
I GO FOR MY YEAR CHECKUP SOON!
I WAS UNDETECTABLE AT MY 6 MONTH CHECKUP.
BE WELL,
LIZE

I had normal emzymes when I started tx. I'm on 10th week and my alt's and ast's are higher now. I'm not too concerned.
