Dilated primary bile Duct

Hello All, I have Hep C for long time now. I have a hard to treat strand-1a. Tried TX, 2 Xs, and had to stop after 6-8 mo. I mentaly and phsyicaly could not go through with it. Long story short, I have primary bile duct dilalation. Anyone else have this?? I had a bunch of tests. No blockage or tumors, I have read that inflamation (inflammation) can cause this. Im cirrotic, It makes sence that may be the cause but dont know for sure. From my last MRI and US, it has doubled in size. Curious if any one has this or knows about it.

Hi there, welcome to the forum. I do not know much about the primary bile duct dilation but the there are folks in the forum who are knowledgeable about cirrhosis  and related conditions and hopefully someone can share a few thoughts. Good luck to you.
