I think that many of us here on the forum are aware of this problem, but it is always good to have a reminder! The public definitely needs to be made aware of that these over the counter drugs are possibly dangerous. Often it is thought that just a few more pills don't matter and that is so untrue. And especially us, with already messed up livers have to be extra careful!
