I would suggest you take pooh's advice since she knows what she's talking about.......... Good luck
The problem with abdominal pain is it can be anything from a pulled muscle, to intestinal gas, to a gastric ulcer, to a bowel obstruction, to kidney stones, to gall bladder problems, to infections, to spleen or pancreatic problems, to ruptures, and more.
Abdominal pain radiating to the back, weakness, and a low grade temperature are sort of red flags. People don't get a temperature if they have gas or if they pull a muscle. The constipation could be from a blocked intestine.
So, it may be minor but it may be major. It is always best to get abdominal pain checked out with a doctor (urgently) or at the emergency room.
Best of luck.

Pooh is a retired nurse.
Since she thinks it could be a sign of something serious, you should go to the ER if you can not see your doctor soon.
Probably not an emergency. Not sure why you didn't already but check with your doctor.
Liver doesn't have any nerves to generate pain so most likely something else, i.e. gallstones, etc.
Right abdominal pain under the ribs radiating to the back, constipation, weakness, and low grade temp. could be symptoms of many different problems, many of which are serious, even potentially life threatening, and need urgent or emergency attention.
If you cannot see your doctor today, my suggestion is to go to the Emergency Room now. That is what I would do if I were you.
Best of luck.
We cannot give you a diagnosis. You should seek medical help. If you are uninsured then the ER is your only recourse.
Good luck to you
