Finished treatment today,

Well, after 45 kinda grueling weeks, I am finally done...Went to my doctor today, and after losing 60 pounds yet having near perfect labs, and considering all things (Like clearing in about a month), he decided that stopping three weeks early wouldn't make any difference. Very relieved on one hand, but on the other it is sort of nerve-racking considering it is now out of my hands and simply a waiting game. I will have my first post-treatment labs in 2-3 months.

Overall, it was very much a managable situation. I mean, it sucked, and tested me as a human being, but it was doable. I am also someone with geno 1a and had a high viral load, so it can be done...I guess a bit of encouragement for those about to start or considering it...And wish me luck!

Yea, from what Ive read, my response is a great indicator for eventual svr. Still very nervous though....My doctor told me to have my first bloodwork at 2-3 months. I guess I COULD call and ask if I could get some done earler. Why would that be significant?

After clearing at 3 weeks, you'll stay clear.  Is there any possibility that you could have a 4 wk. post PCR?  Most relapsers will have it happen in the first few weeks after stopping meds.  A 4 wk. UD is a good predictor of SVR (can't remember the stats but they are pretty good). Here's wishing you good luck with patience.
