Hi all, I just flew back from Oklahoma City am very tired. I took my evening Riba along with my AD's and Ambien. Within 15 minutes it all came back up. Should I take another dose right away? I have never had this problem before. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks folks. I was so tired standing in the airport worried about the weather. By the way I am doing this to keep my mind off of the sx's. Which doesn't make sense sometimes. I finally made it home after everything that could go wrong went wrong. I settle down take the meds and throw them up. WOW! nowhere to turn but the good old message board. So far there seems to be an answer for anything that I have ever needed right here. I took my 4 week VL test 10 days ago and am waiting on the results. If the sx's are any indication, this stuff is working overtime on getting rid of the virus. I was so concerned about missing one pill. I really need this stuff to work the first time. I feel so horrible for people that do this 2 or 3 times. Once again thanks for the quick response.

You will probably just throw it back up again if your stomach is that upset.  I missed my riba dose a couple of times early on, once or twice because I was in the er and didn't have it with me while I got transfusions, and a couple times because I was vomiting.  I was UND at four weeks.  Still UND at week 20.

good luck, with the treatment too, take care of yourself. Hopefully it is just a little bug of some sort, which might explain the tiredness too (I'm no doctor though).

I was waiting on a reply before going to bed. That sounds like a good idea and like you it has never happened before.

I threw up Riba once (stomach bug), it came up with some yogurt I think.  I had some spare pills, so I retook about half an hour later, this time with nothing (no water, just pills). I don't know if that is the right thing to do, but it worked for me.
