Do you have a paper copy of your lab report? If you have a paper copy, will you please type out exactly what the paper copy says. The entire report. Exactly as it is written.  Also, we need to know which test you had. It should say that on the report. I know you had the HCV RNA test, but what type of test was it? Which company? It should have that information on the test result.

Go to this site and look at the list of tests and the companies that make them and you will see what I mean. Each test is different.

Most tests will say "Detected" or "Not Detected" on them.

So, if you can type out everything on the lab result paper, exactly as it is written, then we can more accurately respond to your question.

We are not doctors here just patient and friends of patients.

Ask your doctor to interpret these results. All I am familiar with is undetected or a higher viral load than that. My guess is (maybe) detected but less than 30 ID per mL of blood. But like I suggested ask you doctor for further clarification.

Good luck
