I need help right now you see i've been off of treatment for about a month just shy of two days. My doctor said I could dye my hair in a month after the interferon peggysis treament. Has anyone loss their hair by dying it after treatment.

I used to loose 40-100 hairs per day.I switched to organic shampoo and conditioner.

Actually my shampoo is an awaphui facial cleanser, but sells in liters for refills.
I use organic paradise's body wash as a conditioner.

I now loose 4-10 hairs per day.
I am a licensed pro too, so the hair loss before was "normal", but after I made the switch, my hair is twice as thick and down to my butt.
I look hot.
I will never color again. You should do foil if anything. There are also organic lines out there. Call around to see if your local salons carry it.It still has hydrogen peroxide in them, but not the ammonia. Good luck.

I was never advised by either of my doctors not to color my hair during or after treatment.  I colored it about every two months but my daughter is a stylist and she used a very good professional semi-permanent color (Schwarzkopf).  I also use their shampoo and conditioner and my hair stayed shiny with very little dryness. It did get a little shaggy looking towards the end but no breakage.  I probably had around 30 percent hair loss and post six months it has grown back nicely.  I also cut it in a short bob which made it look much fuller.

So I can from my experience coloring my hair didn't impact the hair loss or impede regrowth after tx.

I'm new to all of this stuff so I can't help with your question, but I have a question for you. Did your doctor tell you not to color your hair during your treatment? Did he tell you why?
