4wks post tx

Hey all!!
I took my last shot Dec. 9th. Und at every test. I feel pretty good. Maybe a little foggy but just for brief moments. I am a little bummed about the fact that there is no work in my field (construction) where I  live, but hey I been through worse!! The main thing is I am READY to go back to work. A month ago I wasn't even considering it.
So it is possible to get back on your feet pretty quickly after tx. Praying for a hep free 2012!!

Sherry, If your tx is anything like mine, you can be certain you will feel better than you have!! Thousands have been through tx and some have a hard time after its over. But for the few posts we see about sides post tx, odds are you will recover. Its not really over night. For me I didn't get real down when I started tx. It took a couple weeks before I didn't feel normal. It takes about the same to start to feel normal again after. I'm probably not 100% but sooooo much better. I have my wind back and actually feel like doing something!! I'll take that anytime. The worst is over for you!! You should be proud of your accomplishment in getting this far in tx!!
Its natural to be worried about recovery, try not to focus on that, you have done your job!!

I really appreciate your post.  I'm 3 weeks from finishing treatment and am fearful that I won't recover the energy and focus I'd like to have.  Thanks for the hope.

Take care, Sherry
